For Seasoning:
- 2 lbs turkey wings cut into two sections
- 2 large eggs for marinating
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Garlic Powder(1 Table Spoon)
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon light soya sauce (any brand)
Other Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ (half) cup corn starch/corn flower
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- One Table Spoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp paprika flex (as per your own taste)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Enough oil for deep frying

Now Cook Your Fried Turkey Wings
#1 Seasoning the wings:
Clean the wings and put it on the strainer to drain the extra water Besides, take a large bowl and put all Ingredients from Step 1 – 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ground black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, and two eggs with yolks then mixed a batter nicely.
From the strainer directly Place wings into this batter and keep aside for marinating 2 hours.
#2 Coat the wings in flour:
Take a dish and put all the dry ingredients from Step 2 -1 & ½ (half) cups all-purpose flour, ½ (half) cup corn starch,1 tsp salt, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp onion powder, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp paprika flex & mix it with a spatula for coating the wings.
In that stage marinating Chicken Wings need to put on the strainer again to drain the extra liquid and coat one by one all the wings with this dry ingredient’s mixer, then put it on a dry plate separately.
#3 Deep frying:
This is the last step and it’s time to fry our wings. PREHEAT the oil in a pen/deep fryer around 350-375°F. Put in 4 pieces of chicken at a time; If your frying pen is big one and space left there maybe you can put 5 or 6 seasoned wings one batch.
Wait for two minutes and then you can flip them occasionally and fry them until change the color in golden brown; approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
Use strainer or tongs to take away chicken wings from oil and transfer them to a paper towel lined plate or wire rack to soak up any excess oil. Keep on frying rest of the wings are in same process in batches.
#4 Serving Manner:
These wings are seasoned properly so they can be eaten by themselves; definitely can serve them with hot sauce, ketchup, Sour cream, barbecue or your favorite any sauce as well or with White rice.
